TouchWiz 5.0 Theme v2.5 for Galaxy Y

DESCRIPTION :

• Nice Dialer, Contacts and SystemUI (for now)
• Themed to look more a like Galaxy S3 SystemUI
• Added with nice Android 4.2.1 UI
• Initial Version

HOW TO FLASH :

• Download TW 5.0 Theme.zip & CWM.zip and place it in root directory of sd card
• Reboot in Recovery mode by pressing vol up+home+Power button together
• Now in recovery mode select apply update from sd card cwm-madteam-galaxY.zip
• Now your CWM recovery will flash
• Now select "install zip from sd" and then choose TW 5.0 Theme.zip and select yes
•  Reboot
